This is a full-length album by Ben Fleury-Steiner from Delaware, who has also released a collaborative work with Aidan Baker of Nadja. He has released more than 10 works from multiple labels, including his own experimental label Gears Of Sand, but this is his first release on Infraction. This experimental, drone, and ambient album features white noise and spacey synth sounds that stretch out linearly, reminiscent of a strong wind, faint synth sounds that seem to be flickering like a delicate thin membrane, feedback, and fragmented guitar phrases, fine electronics, and effect sounds that float leisurely within it. It has a slightly deep noise-noise drone side, but it is not harsh, and the delicate sound of the dreamy flickering and noise ambient sounds blend together to create a beautiful, meditative sound.
